FandPT Over 18

Over  18s Service

Friends and Places Together (F&PT) offers the opportunity to those that want to meet up with their friends outside of school or the college environment. Support is provided to facilitate the growth of friendships as we appreciate that parents /carers are not always able to offer this type of support. F&PT support anyone with a disability even complex health needs. We can offer 1-2-1 support where necessary or group activity support. F&PT can be flexible and creative in our approach to each individual and we provide a unique service which is specific to the family. We can support the individuals also within the home environment either with 1-2-1 or with friends. We also support date nights if a couple would like to see each other either at home or out in the community.

F&PT supports the clients to go out in the community supported either with 1-2-1 support or within a group activity. Age can be lower than 18
